Dan values straighforward communication and connecting people with God and each other. live in a diverse, changing culture. He also has a pasison to create opportunities for people to experience the life that God has for them by often testing the limits and not being afraid to take risks.

He is the founding pastor of The Church Upcounty which was born out of his twenty plus years of ministry experience in the Washington, D.C. area.

Dan also believes in helping other churches thrive in today's culture. He conducts a number of seminars and consulting meetings to help churches in the areas of team ministry, leadership development, young adult ministry, community outreach and small group ministry.
