How do we multiply ourselves and develop new leaders. When do you mentor someone and when do you coach someone? Are these the same things with different titles? How effective are either of these?

Six Characteristics of Successful Small Groups/Sunday Schools
Whether you call it Sunday School or Small Groups, whether they meet on Sunday morning or on Tuesday night, there are six key characteristics of successful small groups.
From a biblical and practical perspective, participants will examine God's multi-dimensional call to believers and explore ways to discern and respond and God's specific call in their lives. In the second part of the study participants will explore ways to help call out the called in their churches.
Most of us want to be good stewards with whatever finances we have. So if we are already giving to mission offerings why is it important to give to the cooperative program? This session will help answer that question.
